You may access in office support from Edmonton, Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Stony Plain and Beaumont, etc. However we also reach to rural and distant provincial communities in Alberta, further into the all provinces of Canada and, extending out to the global community via online counselling, consultations, and courses.

The Enrollment Process
Step 1: Email the therapist. Tell what Counselling Service you are interested in, and briefly state your concern.
Child & Adolescent Counselling Parent Coaching
Family Counselling Individual Therapy

Step 2: SCHEDULE a convenient time to talk with a therapist on the phone.
Your time, and the effort you are now making to get help is valuable. Avoid playing phone-tag and sending messages back and forth. We want to reserve a time for us to hear your concerns for 30 minutes and we can tell you about how we might be able to help.
Step 3: Then you will set a time for a first session to meet face to face with your counsellor in our designated office usually for 90 minutes.

This office is located in Plaza 50 Complex, in the building which also has the PUB.
Office Hours: (Mountain Time)
Mondays, Wednesday, Thursdays & Fridays : 9 – 7 pm
Saturdays 10-2
Sundays 11-2 (Ocassionally 2x per month)
This location serves the local Yeg communities of Downtown, Castledown, Bonnie Doon, Ottewell, Millwoods, Meadows, Ellerslie, Summerside, and Sherwood Park and St Albert.
